This Privacy Policy explains how Yippa ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use Art Style Changer, our Canva app. By using the App, you consent to this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Personal Data Provided by Canva

  • Canva User ID (we do NOT receive your email or names unless you contact us directly).

2.2 Usage Data

We collect:

  • Which art styles you used
  • Your interactions within the App
  • Whether you were satisfied with the output
  • Basic analytics and performance logs

2.3 Images You Upload

We collect and store:

  • Input Images (the images you upload)
  • Output images (the images we generate for you)

Images are stored on Amazon S3.

2.4 Billing Information

Payment details (card info, billing address, etc.) are collected and processed by Dodo Payments, not by us. We do not store or access your payment details.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

  • Provide and operate the App
  • Process your image and generate outputs
  • Improve reliability and performance
  • Monitor usage to prevent abuse
  • Support and troubleshoot issues

We do NOT:

  • Train AI models on your images
  • Sell your data
  • Share your data for advertising
  • Use your images for marketing
  • Allow third parties to access your images except processors required to operate the service (e.g. Nano Banana)

4. Image Storage & Retention

  • Both input and output images are stored securely on Amazon S3.
  • Images are retained indefinitely until you request deletion.
  • You may request deletion anytime by emailing team@yippa.io
  • We may retain logs and metadata for analytics.

5. Sharing Your Data

We share data only with:

  • Nano Banana — to process and generate images.
  • Amazon S3 — for storing images.
  • Digital Ocean — for usage data.
  • Dodo Payments — for payment processing.

These partners act as data processors and do not have permission to use your data beyond providing services for our App.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures including:

  • Secure storage on Amazon S3 and Digital Ocean
  • HTTPS encryption
  • Access controls and limited internal access

However, no method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.

7. International Data Transfers

Your data may be transferred and stored outside your country (e.g. U.S.A, Europe, Singapore), depending on the data center locations of Digital Ocean, Nano Banana, Amazon S3, or Dodo Payments.

8. Your Rights

You may:

  • Request deletion of images
  • Request access to the data we store about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request that we stop processing your data (may limit app functionality)

9. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information for children under 13. If we learn we have inadvertently collected such data, we will delete it promptly.
